The Artémis gite is located in Fays-Polleur, 15 minutes from the towns of Spa, Theux and Verviers

It enjoys an exceptional location overlooking the Hoëgne valley opposite the Bois du Stanneux.

New construction of 275m² on one level accessible to all is surrounded by a garden of 1500 m² with a private tennis court. The covering of the tennis court allows to play in good conditions (30 minutes after the rain). Tennis court accessible free of charge.

Private parking available. An electric vehicle charging station is available.

A locked box allows you to store your bikes. Bike batteries can be charged in the box.

A trampoline is available for children under your supervision.

A terrace with a table and benches are at your disposal as well as a brazier with grill.

The farm cottage includes a chicken coop, a sheepfold and a vegetable garden accessible with the farmer.

Fresh eggs, good seasonal vegetables from the garden, fruits are available depending on the harvest.

Along the edge of the lawn, a mini museum of old agricultural tools tells the story of life on the farm in the past.
